Ideally 3-5+ years professional experience in real estate asset management
Possess a strong working knowledge of real estate operations, including utility infrastructure, construction management, contractor management, code/zoning, and development.
Attend all applicable Operations meetings, including Property Management, Infill, and Project Management departmental meetings.
In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate finance and debt structuring
Responsible for thoroughly reviewing all legal documents related to refinances, dispositions, capital projects, home purchasing, and other legal documents as needed.
Work closely with the Finance/Accounting teams to collaborate on all lender reporting.
