Experience with fine hand manipulation

Experience in an environment where you rotate from department to department

Experience monitoring quality of raw materials or finished goods

Set up multiple machines according to specification in timely manner by adjusting plug stations and changing plugs when needed

Continuously operate machine at the specified run speed and keep hoppers full of ferrules and track full of stock

Check knot for proper plug position and length out

Knowledge of environmental ISO14001 preferred

Follows Standard Work Process. Performs a specific task or a number of predetermined tasks in the assembly process.

Shipping and Receiving material handling.

Notifies Team Leader of defective parts, equipment, tools, materials, nonstandard assembly work or other conditions, which hinder the assembly process.

Participates in group meetings in order to exchange any job related information and quality standards are being consistently met.

Ensures that the time, material and waste is minimized.

Required to maintain records, counts, charts, identification, labor tickets, etc.

Performs other related duties, advises supervisor and other personnel of equipment or production problems.

Must apply all environmental and safety procedures as outlined in work instructions.

2. Performs own visual and dimensional inspections using measuring instruments, to maintain quality levels.

3. May be required to obtain materials needed for production.
