Arts Model Jobs in Massachusetts

Master’s or PhD degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, clinical research relevant life sciences discipline with excellent knowledge.

Master’s degree with at least 5 years of of experience working in a laboratory environment

A PhD degree with postdoc training is not a requirement.

Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering large-scale projects in both academic and industry settings is highly desirable

Experience in supervising the junior team members and coordinating efforts of technicians and support staff.

Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in managing in-lab tasks, personnel, and experimental protocols.

Prioritize equity, diversity, inclusion, and access work in all aspects of artistic and management decisions.

Manage complex production timelines, schedules, and needs.

Support WSP’s grant-writing needs in collaboration with the Development Manager.

Actively partner with the General & Artistic Director to support the business functions and artistic vision of the company.

Contract artists and creatives for projects as needed.

Respond to administrative inquiries and other emails on behalf of WSP.
