Art Therapists work with individuals, couples, families, and groups in a variety of settings, including hospitals, schools, and private practice. Detailed Job Description Art Therapists use art and creative activities to help people of all ages express their feelings, gain insight, and develop coping skills. They work with individuals, couples, families, and groups in a variety of settings, including hospitals, schools, and private practice. Art Therapists assess clients’ needs and develop treatment plans, provide individual and group therapy, and evaluate progress. They also provide support and guidance to clients and their families.
