Overview An Armed Protection Specialist is a professional who provides armed security services to clients. They are responsible for protecting people, property, and assets from potential threats. They may work in a variety of settings, including banks, government buildings, and private residences. Detailed Job Description Armed Protection Specialists are responsible for providing armed security services to clients. They must be able to assess potential threats and respond quickly and appropriately. They must be able to identify suspicious activity and take appropriate action. They must also be able to operate and maintain firearms and other security equipment. They must be able to communicate effectively with clients and other security personnel. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
• Knowledge of firearms and other security equipment
• Ability to assess potential threats

Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid state security license
• Valid firearms permit
• Previous experience in security or law enforcement
• Ability to pass a background check

• Knowledge of state and federal laws
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR
Job Experience
• Previous experience in security or law enforcement
