Detailed Job Description Area Zone Maintenance workers are responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing the physical infrastructure of a designated area or zone. This includes roads, sidewalks, buildings, and other structures. They must be able to identify and address any issues that may arise, such as potholes, cracks, or other damage. They must also be able to assess the condition of the infrastructure and make recommendations for repairs or improvements. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of construction and maintenance techniques
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Knowledge of safety protocols
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Certification in construction or maintenance (preferred)
• Previous experience in construction or maintenance (preferred)
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of construction and maintenance techniques
• Knowledge of safety protocols
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations

• Previous experience in construction or maintenance (preferred)
