Architecture Technical Designer Jobs in California

Key Knowledge, Skills, and Other Abilities:

Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite programs, and Photoshop

Experience with InDesign, Land F/X, SketchUp, and is a plus

0-2 years of industry work experience

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in landscape architecture or at least two years of industry work experience

Experience with package design: hang cards for socks, hangtags and stickers for caps, tumblers etc

Bachelor's degree in fashion design, product design (preferred), or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Proven experience as a technical designer, preferably within a direct-to-consumer brand

Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Familiarity with production cycles and experience working with manufacturers

3 to 6 years experience in the interior desingor architecture industries

Strong autoCAD and/or Revit skills

Five years of construction project management, project cost controls, construction safety, architectural design, or engineering experience.

Associates degree in construction, engineering, architecture, project management, business administration or a closely related field.

Required Education, Training and Experience:

Or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Translate and clarify project vision and information; compile technical information, relay updates to appropriate parties, and support project close-out efforts.

Leveraging Technology - Effective use of electronic information and associated systems.

Knowledgeable or educated in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.

Proficient or skilled in Enscape.

Proficient in all Google Drive applications.

Very strong attention to detail.

Willingness to initiate tasks and perform duties with little supervision.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize within a fast-paced environment.

Manages time and workload to meet project task deadlines and commitments with frequent interaction and direction from Project Leadership.
