Overview Apprenticeship Program Supervisors are responsible for overseeing the apprenticeship program in their organization. They ensure that the program meets the standards of the organization, and that the apprentices are receiving the necessary training and support to succeed in their chosen field. Apprenticeship Program Supervisors are also responsible for recruiting and selecting apprentices, providing guidance and mentorship, and monitoring the progress of apprentices throughout the program.
