The ability to take direction from aerial construction crew management.

3+ years' experience working on an aerial telecom construction crew.

Lineman is an active, hands-on position that supports the day-to-day activities within an aerial telecom construction crew.

Lineman is responsible to actively participate in job site and crew safety and must exhibit and uphold Tilson's safety values.

Must understand and take direction from Foreman daily and participate in the construction activities of an aerial telecom construction crew.

Responsible for safe operation of all aerial bucket trucks and equipment.

Experience as a lineman preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Must have the ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

Ability to work irregular hours in all types of weather conditions.

No post-secondary education is required.

1 year of experience in general construction or a related field is required.

Flagger Certification within 180 Days required

Knowledge of apprenticeship guidelines and ability to advance into the JATC apprenticeship program.

Knowledge of District Safety Rules and Policies.
