An Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapist is responsible for providing direct therapy services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. The therapist will assess the individual’s needs and develop an individualized treatment plan. The therapist will then implement the treatment plan, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments. The therapist will also provide support and guidance to the individual’s family and other caregivers.
