Application Engineer Tier 2 Jobs

Develop an in-depth level of technical product knowledge

Updating the support internal knowledgebase and providing focused trainings to the support team on trending issues and topics

1-2 years experience in customer service and troubleshooting

Great verbal and written communication skills

Knowledgeable in Windows and Microsoft Office

CRM ticketing experience is a plus (Salesforce, Desk.com, etc.)

Partner with CTS team to manage customer questions and escalate to management for more complex inquiries as needed

Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements

2+ years’ experience in Web Application testing

Strong desire to focus on the customer; demonstrate strong customer service skills

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Knowledge in testing API and Mobile application
