Implement and direct all aspects of the Apple Self-Servicing program, including the physical space, repair management, and staff training programs
Assist with the management of student and faculty iPads, laptops and desktops, including resolving issues, issuing loaners, and managing inventory
A technical degree or certification and/or two or more years of related experience; BA or BS preferred
Earn and maintain the ACMT certification as required for the SSA program
Configure and manage the School's fleet of Apple Devices via the JAMF MDM service
Maintain subject-matter expertise in all Apple applications for systems and maintain knowledge on all new and upcoming technologies

Overview The Apple Part Time Reseller Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to Apple customers in a retail store setting. Detailed Job Description The Apple Part Time Reseller Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to Apple customers in a retail store setting. The Part Time Reseller Specialist will be responsible for helping customers find the right Apple products to meet their needs, providing product demonstrations, and helping customers with product setup and troubleshooting. The Part Time Reseller Specialist will also be responsible for providing product information and answering customer questions. The Part Time Reseller Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with store operations as needed. Job Skills Required
