Detailed Job Description Apartment locators are responsible for helping clients find the right apartment for their needs. They must have a thorough knowledge of the local rental market, including rental prices, availability, and amenities. Apartment locators must be able to listen to clients and understand their needs and preferences. They must also be able to negotiate rental terms and provide advice on rental laws and regulations.
