You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of HVAC systems. Apartment HVAC Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in apartment buildings. They must also be able to install new HVAC systems and components, as well as perform routine maintenance and repairs.
