Have knowledge of the concepts, principles, and practices of zoo animal records management.

Manages and maintains the zoo's animal records via the Zoological Information Management System (ZIMS).

Acquires and manages all local, state, and federal wildlife permits and licenses.

Manages and creates reports for all animal loans.
