Experience working in a higher-education institution

Documents procedures, problems and resolutions in the OIT ServiceNow knowledge base catalog.

Gather report and dashboard requirements and coordinate development of deliverables related to the newly released Cognos version

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Design and execute Cognos test plans for reporting and application functionality; guide users through user-acceptance testing (UAT)

This is a fully remote position. The company largely operates on West Coast time.

Basic understanding of Python and ability to manipulate data and create simple visualizations using pandas or other appropriate Python libraries

Detail orientation, and specifically an obsession with accuracy & correctness
