Excellent written and verbal communication skills; day-to-day management and communications is a must

High attention to detail with solid organization, project management, and planning skills

10+ years of overall manufacturing management experience

Expert knowledge and experience in Lean 6 Sigma practices and training techniques

Training and certification in Lean manufacturing and 6 Sigma tools preferred

Experience in turnaround, and start-up situations

3-5+ years of related work experience leading and managing teams.

Who You Are & What You’ll Do

Strong partner management, communication, and interpersonal skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations, Management, or related field with minimum of 10 years of Technical/Production/Engineering/Maintenance Management in consumer product manufacturing

Strategic planning and decision making, organizational change and tactical management of standards, business processes and internal/external partnerships to support performance goals.

Exhibits outstanding team building skills and ability to influence indirectly

Ability to manage multiple projects across multiple departments, work streams and partners to drive sustainable change and performance.

Coach and develop change agents at all levels in lean methodologies and lead cultural change to deliver sustainable performance improvement.

Experienced (10 years plus) Production or Operations Manager.

Preference for past Site Manager experience.

Level of education & Experience in general

Be the Appointed regional Engineering Integrity manager for Enterprises
