4+ years of design experience

Detailed, hands-on experience with typography and image standards for web

Superior attention to detail, strong organizational skills, especially as relate to file structure/creation and versioning/archiving

Strong presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal)

Work with internal partners and vendors to manage print and digital production that supports brand and marketing teams.

Manage projects in a timely fashion with multiple deliverables for projects on competing timelines.

8+ years of design experience

Experience art directing motion designers, illustrators, writers and content creators

Experience partnering with technical partners for design implementation

Knowledge of marketing fundamentals and ability to implement them to create dynamic advertising solutions
