Expertise and knowledge of Medi-Cal Dental criteria and program requirements.

Prior adjudication and claims processing for the Medi-Cal Dental Program in CA is a plus, but not a requirement.

Position will be hybrid or remote schedule, with on-site (Roseville, CA) as needed, to be determined after hire.

Full-time (40 hours per week) salaried employee benefit package

Review dental records to determine medical necessity of orthodontic services within professionally recognized standards of care.

Must be proficient with MS Office Suite and have strong typing skills

Initiate hiring process to include extending verbal offers, arranging drug screens and background checks

Prior work experience in a fast paced environment with high volume transactions and management of multiple projects simultaneously.

Effective time management and prioritization skills, resulting in effective and efficient results and outcomes.

Candidate Relationship Management: establish relationships with candidates through appropriate correspondence.

Project Management: ability to plan, organize, track and deliver results by leveraging others and personal initiative.

Knowledge and extensive past experience with implementing workforce strategies and understanding workforce plans.

Ability to effectively manage the offer process, including providing salary recommendations, handling offer negotiations, and closing the deal.
