1 year of warehouse experience

Handle or manage tools or equipment

Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack or move product, equipment and materials

Use a handheld scanner with a high degree of accuracy

Load and unload trailers as needed

Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean environment at all times

Two years of relevant work or volunteer experience in human services preferred.

Some knowledge of the juvenile justice system, mental health and trauma, substance use and recovery is preferred.

Good limit-setting and role-modeling skills.

Satisfactory driving record and be available to provide transportation to residents.

Create and maintain effective relationships with residents by providing active listening and support when required by residents.

Participate in meetings, in-service training and supervision and training groups as assigned.
