The Airport Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an airport. This includes managing staff, ensuring safety and security protocols are followed, and ensuring the airport runs smoothly and efficiently. The Airport Operations Supervisor is also responsible for ensuring that all airport personnel are trained and knowledgeable in their respective roles. The Airport Operations Supervisor is responsible for the following tasks:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the airport, including managing staff, ensuring safety and security protocols are followed, and ensuring the airport runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Ensuring that all airport personnel are trained and knowledgeable in their respective roles.
• Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of airport personnel.
• Ensuring that all airport equipment is properly maintained and in working order.
• Ensuring that all airport personnel adhere to safety and security protocols.
• Investigating and resolving any customer complaints or issues.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the airport.
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
