This includes ensuring that all equipment and systems are in good working order, as well as overseeing the maintenance staff and ensuring that all safety and security protocols are followed. The Airport Maintenance Manager is also responsible for developing and implementing maintenance plans and schedules, and for ensuring that all maintenance activities are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
