Aircraft Sheetmetal Mechanic I Jobs in Ohio

· Should have experience interpreting aircraft technical documentation such as blueprints or manufactures’ manuals.

· A&P License or a Military Service School Certificate of Training in Aviation Maintenance is desirable.

· Prefer licensing by Federal Aviation Administration.

· Prefer specialization in sheet-metal, electric work, avionics or other aircraft systems related disciplines.

· Requires current, active Secret Security Clearance.

Working knowledge of 14 CFR Part 25 regulatory requirements.

Create and maintain various drawings to reflect evolving Program, Customer and/or Engineering requirements.

Assist Sales and Engineering with innovative solutions for custom requirements.

Experience with business aircraft cabin design and development.

Evaluate customer requirements and provides recommendations related to the design.

Develop detailed aircraft interior layout drawings from written customer specifications.

Familiarity and ability to use Standard Army Management Information Systems i.e. ULLS-A (E).

Three to five years leadership experience.

Eight or more years’ rotary wing experience.

At least two years of experience on military rotorcraft.

Employees will receive a health and welfare fringe benefit of $2.65 for every hour worked.

Perform phase, scheduled, unscheduled, periodic, and other hourly or calendar inspections.
