Work in variable weather conditions, at remote locations, on difficult and hazardous terrain and/or under physically demanding circumstances.

High school diploma, OR GED and 6 months of related experience*.

Relevant experience* and relevant course work**

Strong verbal communication skills in stressful or physically demanding situations.

Examples of relevant experience may include volunteering, farming, foraging, outdoor recreation, landscaping, manual labor, etc.

Three (3) years project management experience or managing call center technology product/systems

Must fulfill safety accountabilities as prescribed by JetBlue’s Safety Management System

Provide oversight during 3rd party business partner selection, contract negotiation, and business partner relationship management

Five (5) years’ experience of travel industry experience including working knowledge of Reservations systems

Direct and manage production and operations support services for portfolio, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week

Manage business partners to ensure service level agreements are met and system uptime is adhered

High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience or training may substitute for education

Any other duties assigned by a supervisor or Project Manager.

Experience performing manual labor with a variety of hand tools

Experience participating in and performing emergency response activities

Knowledge of seamanship, line handling, and marine terminology
