• Source and recruit qualified candidates for open positions within the agency.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
• Interview and evaluate potential candidates.
• Negotiate salaries and other terms of employment.
• Manage client accounts and ensure that the agency is meeting the needs of their clients.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
• Monitor and report on recruitment activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
