Care Review Processor - PST Hours, Including Weekends, Mid Shift (4 10)

Department Operates 7 days a week, Monday – Sunday

Training schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST

Care Review Processor - PST Hours, Including Weekends - Night Shifts (4 10)

Department Operates 7 days a week, Monday – Sunday

Training schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST

Calendar Management: Efficiently manage schedules and appointments, ensuring that all commitments are well-organized and prioritized

Email Management: Stay on top of emails, respond promptly, and ensure important messages are addressed in a timely manner

Correspondence Management: Stay organized and responsive to all communication, ensuring that important tasks, requests, and projects are addressed appropriately

Experience as an Executive Assistant or Project Manager is a plus

Website Inquiries: Manage inquiries received through the website, providing prompt and professional responses

Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

1-2 years of experience in medical, customer service setting preferred, but not required.

Computer knowledge in windows-based environment strongly preferred.

Administrative activities supporting clinicians, patients and families.

Working collaboratively to provide excellent care to patients and families in the safest environment.

UNIT COORDINATOR / 24 HOURS DAY / ROTATING - 10CD

To qualify you must have:

A competitive starting hourly rate depending upon experience plus 8% Shift Differential for 2nd shift.

4+ year’s active Travel Consultant experience in the past 6 years.

1+ year’s international experience preferred.

Must have current experience with Sabre GDS.

Medical Terminology & Documentation (Fundamental Awareness): The ability to comprehend medical terminology and documentation in an office, or surgical setting.

Self-starter, excellent time management skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, dependable, autonomous worker, current clinical skills, flexible and tactful.

Previous experience in specific nursing area preferred.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current licensure by Ohio State Board of Nursing

Current license by the Ohio State Board of Nursing.
