This includes ensuring that all maintenance and repair tasks are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. The Affordable Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of maintenance staff, as well as ensuring that all maintenance and repair tasks are completed in accordance with applicable regulations and standards. The Affordable Maintenance Supervisor will also be responsible for developing and implementing preventative maintenance plans, as well as responding to emergency maintenance requests.
