Assist in all areas of spa operations as requested by management.

4 or 5-day work week schedule - provider’s choice, no call.

Patient-centric appointment times to ensure quality care.

Attend continuing education as requested by Clinical Management to excel in various skillsets.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed

Assist with maintaining an appropriate inventory by communicating to management of inventory needs and inventory counts.

American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required.

Must have sound judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.

Working knowledge of Microsoft applications.

Demonstrated skills in leadership, management, and collaboration

Delivers expert knowledge in safety and compliance to assist in protocol updates and new product and service launches

Responsible for providing solutions to guest complaints or negative experiences

Oversees clinic compliance in all HIPAA and OSHA requirements

Nurse Practitioner accreditation is required – with board certification from the state of your work location

Strong knowledge of current trends and aesthetic treatments

RN License or LVN License with IV certification

Knowledge of proper consent and treatment protocols

Maintain treatment suites/rooms in compliance with sanitation requirements

Attend all in-house training and commit to outside continuing education; including but not limited to appropriate state licensure

Licensed RN or LVN License with IV certification

Previous MedSpa work experience (Preferred)

Assist in building out education content for webinars, podcasts, and other company initiatives

Laser Training (Certification with hours and/or course completion)

3+ years of experience performing aesthetic and laser treatments

Strong verbal and written communication skills
