HerMD is seeking an experienced aesthetic Registered Nurse | RN Injector to join our new full service med spa location in Millburn, NJ!

RequirementsEssential Skills
The successful Aesthetic Registered Nurse (RN) candidate will have a minimum of three years of professional experience specializing in aesthetic medicine.
  • Ability to multitask and consistently deliver high quality care for our patients.
  • Operating lasers, performing skin treatments, and administering injectables and fillers.
  • Sales and Marketing - meeting with local businesses to assist them in becoming more familiar with our med spas services.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and have a positive, professional, attitude and a passion for aesthetic medicine!
  • Keen assessment skills, critical thinking, and a sense of urgency to provide excellent patient care, and work well under pressure.
Responsibilities
  • Actively promote the spa, treatments, services and skincare products, as well as programs, promotions and / or discounts available.
  • Effectively inform / educate patients about our treatment / service offerings, and the importance of medical-grade skincare.
  • Perform room prep, and properly clean and restock treatment rooms as required.
  • Training - Attend and participate in all training and staff meetings for the spa, including all aesthetic and product service training.
  • Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls.
  • Partnership - Work with our aesthetic vendors and partners to support events, manage inventory, and remain up to date on new product and service launches.
  • Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all client requests.
  • Perform aesthetic treatments and services - including Botox, fillers, facials, peels, microneedling, laser hair removal and CoolSculpting.
  • Assist in all areas of spa operations as requested by management.
  • Maintain knowledge of available cosmetic procedures in the market.
  • Accurately record client treatments in electronic medical records systems.
  • Participate in in-person and online aesthetic events.
  • Handle client questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
  • Conduct consultations with patients to determine best treatments for their desired outcome and create a customized treatment plan.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
  • Marketing - Help create and distribute in-office marketing materials to support events, products and promotions.
