Overview The Advocacy Care Team is responsible for providing advocacy and support services to individuals and families in need. The team works to ensure that individuals and families have access to the resources and services they need to improve their quality of life. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field
• At least two years of experience in social services or related field
• Knowledge of social services and resources available to individuals and families in need
• Ability to assess the needs of individuals and families
• Ability to provide advocacy and support services
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with individuals and families
• Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals
• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals and families
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
