Bachelors in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field

MUST HAVE 2+ years of experience coming from the FDD group in public accounting

Manage projects in accordance with established timelines, budgets, quality standards, and/or contractual requirements.

Responsible for identification and documentation of Incident Reports with the Quality Management group. (Inclusive of Client Notification and Closure)

Manage customer escalations effectively, with follow-up and closure.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or relevant experience

Train and mentor junior staff on project case teams and as a reporting manager, as well as through internal training efforts

Create and manage client proposals and presentations

Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills

Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

Serve as the main client point of contact for project engagements and internal team lead

Generates and presents client-ready materials, including research materials, interim deliverables, and final project reports

-Active CPA license or equivalent certification preferred.

Conducting industry- and company-specific business due diligence, including competitor and industry benchmarking in the Healthcare and Industrials sectors

Leveraging market/customer research, trends, and competitor analysis to help clients understand transaction-specific risks and opportunities

Performing in-depth financial modeling to inform client projections around revenue and profit outlook, pipeline sizing, and industry dynamics

Assisting in deal sourcing, target identification, and analysis for proprietary acquisition processes

Presenting location analysis to our professionals, often presenting to team management in group settings.

Preparing and presenting proposals and qualifications for our professionals to share with prospective clients

Researching state and local incentive programs available to support a clients’ project including assessing eligibility and estimating potential benefits

Proven analytical and problem-solving skills

Demonstrated interpersonal and client relationships skills

Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills

Strong technical risk management, governance, and audit skills

Strong technical risk management, governance and/or audit skills, understand risk assessment techniques, and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd lines of defense frameworks.

Effectively communicate risks, issues, and related recommendations in both technical and non-technical terms to Operational and IT management

Strong problem solving, and analytical skill capabilities preferred.

Manage relationships with second- and third-line stakeholders, including developing and maintaining effective communication channels and providing timely and accurate information

Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus.

B.S. in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent work experience

Support monthly OAC meetings and lead Client Sr. Management communication

Oversite of project schedule management processes

Working knowledge of building design parameters including structural, architectural, electrical, waterproofing and MEP systems

3 to 5 years of construction related experience

Project set up including scope, reporting and document retention

Assist in developing ownership transition models involving management buyouts, family transition, third-party sales or ESOP transactions.

BS degree in accounting; an emphasis in finance a plus

0-1 years of recent valuation or M&A experience
