Overview An ADS Applications Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and guidance to customers and partners in the use of Ansys Design Space (ADS) software. This includes providing technical support and guidance on product features, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. The ADS Applications Engineer is also responsible for developing and delivering training materials and presentations to customers and partners. Detailed Job Description The ADS Applications Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and guidance to customers and partners in the use of Ansys Design Space (ADS) software. This includes providing technical support and guidance on product features, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. The ADS Applications Engineer is also responsible for developing and delivering training materials and presentations to customers and partners. The ADS Applications Engineer will also be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, as well as providing feedback to the product development team on customer requirements and product enhancements. Job Skills Required

• Technical knowledge of Ansys Design Space (ADS) software

• Knowledge of computer hardware and software

• Knowledge of computer networks and networking protocols

• Knowledge of computer programming languages

• Knowledge of CAD/CAM/CAE software

• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering principles

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in a technical support role

• Experience with Ansys Design Space (ADS) software

• Experience with CAD/CAM/CAE software

• Experience with computer programming languages

• Experience with computer networks and networking protocols

• Experience with customer service and technical support
