Experience leading HR initiatives and driving employee engagement.

Strong analytical skills to conduct analysis and develop recommendations, demonstrates organizational skills, problem-solving skills, active listening and critical thinking skills.

SHRM: CP, SCP, and or PHR, SPHR certifications preferred.

• Liaison with managers and the Human Resources Service Center (HRSC).

• Advise managers on employment policies, procedures and appropriate practices

Excellent in communicating clearly and effectively verbally and in writing and in integrating information in the completion of assignments.

Coordinates with Case Management on any Managed Care referrals for admission to obtain authorization and more.

Two years successful marketing experience in the health field preferably in long-term care and/or subacute rehab highly preferred.

Assess referrals through electronic referral systems, as well as phone and faxed referrals to determine appropriateness of admission.

Communicate with referral sources and Liaisons on admissions and transfers to the facility.
