Admissions Coach Jobs

Communicate with management and operations team to ensure compliance with company and regulatory (e.g., TCPA) dialing/texting standards

Bachelor’s degree is preferable or the equivalent combination of work experience, education, and training

Familiarity with learning management systems, such as Cornerstone, Google Classroom, Blackboard, and Schoology

Partner with the Director and Lead Trainer/Coach to measure the effectiveness of all training/coaching programs

Understand each role within the organization

Assist with training newly hired school-based individuals involved with Admissions

Experience in an educational or academic support role (teaching, AmeriCorps, research, etc.)

Maintain and manage fruitful client relationships with students, families, and other stakeholders.

Ability and availability (that reflects the typical non-school hours of high school students) to manage multiple priorities and students

Impeccable listening, speaking, writing, and grammar skills
