Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with product development, user experience, and business objectives.

Manage and optimize marketing budgets, track key performance metrics, and present reports on marketing effectiveness to the executive team.

Proven experience (few+ years) in senior marketing roles, preferably within the gaming, blockchain, or fintech industries.

Strong understanding of the GameFi landscape, decentralized finance, and emerging trends in the gaming industry.

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse marketing team.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.

Support teams with account management and client relationships, including expenses, invoices/receivables and other internal documents as needed.

Prepare and manage HR leader expenses in line with Heidrick policy and requirements.

Partner with our vendor to prepare travel as needed while managing other daily responsibilities.

Continuously develop job-related skills by attending Heidrick’s Learning & Development programs and keeping current with job/industry-related reading.

High school education required; college degree desired.

Two to five years of administrative experience in roles requiring strong project coordination.

Facilitate all OPTIC ticketing and internal software for data and project management

Creation of timelines essential to all responsibilities and reports

Coordinating with grant partners for dates, locations, trainings, etc.

Attend site visits with cohorts

Update website and social media platforms

Creation of print materials, graphics, etc. related to the program
