This position is responsible for providing assistance with scheduling, data entry, and other administrative tasks. Detailed Job Description The Administrative Assistant Home Therapy is responsible for providing administrative support to the Home Therapy team. This includes scheduling appointments, entering data into the system, and other administrative tasks. The Administrative Assistant Home Therapy will also be responsible for providing customer service to clients and families, and ensuring that all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Job Skills Required
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous administrative experience
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
