Admin Shipping Clerk Jobs in Iowa

Past experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 preferred.

Job Opportunity – Shipping Clerk with Scanreco in Mason, OH

Unloading inbound materials that arrive to our location.

Shipping products to end customers via UPS, FedEx, and freight.

Following the schedule to provide coverage throughout the shipping/receiving process.

Resolving issues in the ERP system as necessary to ensure proper documentation for all products/materials coming or going.

Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills

Must demonstrate strong communication skills; both oral and written

Supports general business operations through administrative duties

Carries out administrative tasks such as managing team calendars, scheduling meetings, phone and email correspondence and maintaining client files

Communicates effectively with the team

Maintains office supplies, mail, databases and clean receptionist area

SKILLS AND ABILITIES QUALIFICATIONS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Communicate with supervisors/managers and lead operators

Proven experience working in shipping and receiving or similar position

Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data (axiom a plus)

Basic math and recording abilities

Great communication and interpersonal abilities
