Admin Assistant To Public Assistance Jobs

Support in digitization effort driven by the management and ad-hoc /admin tasks assigned

Provide operations support on administrative task and projects eg data entry and documentation handling

Manage and resolve customers’ and business units’ feedback/complaints and queries promptly

A recognized degree holder with 1-2 years of working experience

Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills, able to think objectively and 'think outside the box' when analyzing issues

Strong cross-functional collaboration and communications skills, driving outcomes through influence and negotiations

• Verifiable relevant work experience

• 1-3 years accounts payable experience

• pay suppliers, vendors subcontractor and miscellaneous bills

• review AP aging for correct billing

• communicate as needed via phone, email, text and in person.

• other accounting duties as they arise

Knowledge of and ability to apply effective supervisory skills to direct and manage subordinate personnel;

Knowledge of and ability to apply program policies and procedures to assist staff in the performance of their responsibilities;

Works closely with Area Workforce Board staff and complies with all requirements;

Ability to define and solve problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions using judgment, and analytical skills;

Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing and counseling techniques;

Proficiency in grammar, writing, mathematical skills, spelling, and punctuation;

Experience in administrative support roles

Experience in managing, organizing and writing

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Proficient computer skills: (including MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint; Adobe Acrobat Professional)
