Knowledge of and experience with Browzwear 3D and Visulon Assortment programs a priority

Coordinate follow-up with internal and external customers and partners, including technical design, production, and vendors; manager interoffice communication

Contribute positively to team dynamic and manage up where necessary

Superior organizational skills and excellent communication skills; team oriented

Extensive knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, silhouettes, color ways, sewing techniques, fabrication, and trim; familiarity with print design and manufacturing

3-5 year's experience in apparel design

College degree in fine arts or design, or equivalent work experience in a design related field preferred.

3-5 years of technical design experience required.

Knowledge of garment construction, patternmaking and manufacturing process.

Superior verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to self-manage, works independently, multitask, and consistently meets deadlines.

Strong organizational skills with an acute attention to detail.

Partner with your Product Management peers to ensure briefs are clear and key ‘problem to solve’ is identified.

Excellent collaboration skills and an ability to manage multiple timelines and deadlines

Take on ad-hoc projects or other responsibilities as appropriate.

A relevant Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent relevant experience

5+ years of experience in performance apparel design

Experience in 3D software such as Browzwear or Clo.
