Accounts Payable Vendor Relations Coordinator Jobs in Texas

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Behaviors:

Align with various internal departments (Integration Management Office) to identify cost savings across Meriplex and acquisitions.

Develop and track appropriate Procurement KPIs in conjunction with management.

Responsible for the qualification and onboarding process of suppliers to the Approved Vendor List.

Possess a thorough understanding of Meriplex, the supplier guidelines, and all related requirements.

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering (Experience in lieu will be considered)

Proactively drive and manage strategic relationships with suppliers and business partners to support current and future requirements.

Analyze vendor bids/proposals and make recommendations to management based on the results of the analyses.

Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement/vendor relations in business aviation

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships in North and South America to support the procurement strategy of UAS.

Providing/updating all relevant departments with information regarding, new T&C or pricing negotiated for appropriate/ timely action.

Provides customer service and support to existing and prospective training and support service vendors.

Uses the vendor database application to set up and maintain contract-related processes.

Processes vendor requests and resolves vendor issues submitted through the Workforce Solutions MIS systems timely and accurate.

Maintains up-to-date electronic vendor records in an organized and logical manner.

Prepares administrative reports and statistics to track training vendor service activities.

Uses multiple systems to conduct research, collect data and create reports to support certified vendors' timeliness, accuracy, and quality.
