·Demonstrated work experience in the application of GAAP (8+ years)

·Experience with Costpoint, NextGen EPM, Hyperion HFM, and Microsoft Dynamics, (preferred)

·Strong analytic skill and demonstrated ability to plan and organize

The Accounting & Reporting Manager reports to the CFO and will have the following accountabilities:

·Preparation and reporting of quarterly financial statements (including closing entries), reporting to the executive management.

·Preparing the monthly reporting (not only financial) intended to the management, the board of directors.

·Any financial reporting as requested by the Executive Management.

·Analysis of variances between actuals and budgets for Toucan management.

·Any other finance/accounting/tax-related task as directed by the CEO from time to time.
