EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
· Research and advise executive management regarding technical accounting, auditing and financial reporting issues.
· Review legal contracts and statements of work for approval on behalf of the finance team.
· Bachelor degree in accounting or finance required; MBA or CPA preferred.
· Pharma/biotech related financial experience preferred.
· Experience and proficiency with ERP systems, E*Trade, Concur, ADP, Donnelley ActiveDisclosure a plus.
