Job Title: People Technology Analyst III (100% remote)

Manage regression testing for Workday releases

• 3-4 years relevant hands-on Workday experience with HCM, Security, Reporting and Advance Compensation

Strong data entry accounting skills, and flexibility

Understand and have experience with a 3-point match of invoices.

2-4 years of Accounts Payable experience in a large organization.

System experience required: Birchstreet, Oracle.

Strong analytical and technical accounting skills, creativity, and flexibility.

Knowledge of Oracle Financials and Birchstreet is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or an equivalent combination of experience and training.

Technical knowledge of accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.

Three years of accounting experience preferred.

Previous Credit Union experience desired.

Maintaining accounting document files, including daily work and accounts payable.

Performing tasks necessary to prepare and update GL reconciliations and subsidiary records.

Provide human resources support, including recruiting, onboarding, update benefits, and employee relations

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field

High school diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma (GED) from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

Four (4) years of demonstrated experience performing administrative and technical services for Comptroller Offices.

Review invoices and statements verifying information, ensuring sufficient funds have been obligated.,

Review coding transactions, and processing material through data processing for application in the accounting system.

Review computer printouts against spreadsheets, detect and correct erroneous postings,

Active Secret Clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain one.

High school diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma (GED) from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
