At least 3 years experience in various finance and accounting compensation functions, preferably at a publicly traded company
Bachelor degree (Business, Finance, Accounting) preferred
Experience with various accounting and compensation systems ADP (Workforce Now), Equity Edge Online and NetSuite
Experience with various equity awards (stock options, ESPP, RSUs, PSUs) and associated tax reporting
Excellent organization, critical thinking and problem solving skills
Prepare bi-monthly payroll runs and related journal entries
