Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required.

3+ years of experience as accountant or full charge bookkeeper in a small business setting

Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance

Month End Close experience is preferred but not required

Knowledge of QuickBooks (Desktop/Online) is required

Intermediate experience with Excel is required

CPA is preferred but not required

Degree in Accounting is preferred but not required

3+ years of Accounting (AP. AR, Bank Reqs) is required

Answers phone calls, provides information to callers or connects callers to appropriate staff.

Schedules appointments and updates calendars.

Makes travel arrangements and reservations for department leadership and staff, as needed.

Composes and types correspondence, such as informative materials; creates spreadsheets and presentations.

High school diploma or equivalent required

Proven analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, decision-making & project management skills

Responsible for monthly financial close, KPI (key performance indicators) measurement & management/board reporting

Firm grasp on sales tax liability management, including usage of management tool like Avalara

Deliver consistent excellent customer service to internal/external customers, colleagues and management

Manage revenue cycle (order to cash)

Excellent spreadsheet, word processing and, database management skills, i.e. Microsoft Office.

Experience in budgeting, reporting and analysis with ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations based on developed information.

Strong financial/transactional operations and workflow experience.

Strong analytical, problem solving and accounting skills in addition to excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Must have excellent customer service skills.

A Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related field and three to five years of related work experience.

6+ years professional experience working as a developer

Experience with Microservices / APIs / containers

Experience with bi-directional integration with microservices based systems

Front end development experience - Kendo is strongly preferred

Expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, jQuery, Git, Visual Studio, IIS

Xamarin.Forms - nice to have

Partner with Hiring Managers to streamline the recruiting process.

Improve the hiring experience by ensuring preparedness during the interview process and that interviews are conducted efficiently and professionally.

Provide full cycle recruiting support; sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending and negotiating offers and on-boarding new hires.

3 or more years of recruiting experience

Ability to multi-task and handle multiple client requirements simultaneously.

Excellent interpersonal skills and well developed verbal and written communication skills.
