3+ years of people management experience

Command of analytical skills; applied knowledge of merchandising financial plans and performance measurements

Oversees training and development of employees directly and indirectly manages.

Insight & experience creating and implementing product strategies

Review and react to in-season trends.

Present final assortment and department direction to other stakeholders within the company.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering, Math, Finance or comparable field

Basic knowledge and understanding of inventory management and capacity planning

Manages inventory levels, identifies exceptions and evaluates resolutions for large variances (supply gaps)

Reviews exceptions and organizes data to review with Sr. Planner or Manager to resolve

Prepares data and material for daily meetings with Supply Planning Manager

Extensive data analysis skills using excel and/or access.
