Laboratory experience performing accurate data entry, sample labeling, receiving, and accessioning

Communicates specimen issues to Client Services' Management such as compromised specimens, insufficient specimen quantity and mislabeled specimens.

Performs accurate data entry and sample labeling.

Assesses the quality and quantity of incoming patient specimens.

Assists Medical Laboratory Technicians and Medical Laboratory Scientists under direct supervision in the Laboratory as necessary.[ML1]

Specific Duties, Activities, and Responsibilities in this position include, but are not limited to the following:

A high school diploma or equivalent1+ years of experience working in a clinical laboratory performing CLIA level high complexity testing

Experience working with clinical samples in a regulated laboratory (CLIA/CAP).

2+ years of experience working in a clinical laboratory performing CLIA level high complexity testing

Experience working in a regulated laboratory (CLIA/CAP).

Experience in a high throughput clinical, research or pathology testing laboratory
