Detailed Job Description An Academic Program Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the academic programs of a college or university. This includes developing and implementing academic policies and procedures, monitoring program progress, and providing support to faculty and students. The Academic Program Coordinator is also responsible for ensuring that the academic programs are in line with the institution’s mission and goals. Job Skills Required• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of academic policies and procedures
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or related field
• At least two years of experience in academic program coordination
