Cultivate leadership skills and personal growth in individuals and teams.

A minimum of 2 years of coaching experience with a focus on leadership development.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.

Provide transformational leadership to aspiring leaders and help them achieve their goals.

Conduct one-on-one interviews and team workshops.

Implement customized training to meet the specific needs of clients.

Experience working with students as a camp counselor, tutor, or in a similar role

Live coaching sessions where you will guide students on using learning apps effectively, discuss proven best practices, and provide success strategies

Offline coaching where you will review and troubleshoot ineffective live sessions, helping refine students' learning strategies by making more in-depth recommendations

Provide clear and honest feedback on performance metrics to students, reinforcing their accountability

Traditional teaching or tutoring: Our learning model revolves around technology and promotes independent learning

Performing deep dives or process improvements: You will focus on providing students with actionable strategies

Experience successfully building & coaching a team to elite-level performance

At least 3 years of experience using data to drive decision-making in a professional setting

A Master's degree in any subject

Strong background in working with K-12 students and motivating them to success

Experience successfully building & coaching a team to elite-level performance

At least 3 years of experience using data to drive decision-making in a professional setting

A Masters degree in any subject

Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship

You have experience and comfort facilitating workshops for groups of students

You have experience coaching and working one-on-one with students

You have 3+ years of experience managing and coaching individuals

You are excited to work with student in-person 10:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. Monday - Thursday and remotely on Friday.

You are adept at building trusting relationships with students from diverse backgrounds

You are a flexible and collaborative worker, eager to work with a team to best support students
