Internship Duration : 10 Weeks (June-August 2023)

Participate in the development, design, and execution of business priorities for a Communications, Marketing or Meeting & Events team

Understanding of analytics, research, statistics, data modeling, and/or data management

Exposure to and/or experience in the financial services industry

Strong analytical skills including strategically analyzing/manipulating data, diagnosing opportunities, and providing interventions

Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Demonstrated knowledge, interest and/or familiarity with: Data visualization tools such as Tableau and PowerBI, programming languages such as SQL, Python, Java

Get hands-on experience addressing legal questions impacting business decisions

Continue development through tailored and intentional training to develop core competencies and legal skills

Experience a variety of strategic assignments within the Office of the Corporate Secretary that will challenge you

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Explore the daily activities of an in-house legal attorney at a major financial institution

Interact with senior leaders in the U.S. on business issues with potential legal implications

Candidates must demonstrate a combination of academic aptitude, quantitative skills, strategic and creative thinking, and strong written and oral communications skills

Ability to manage several projects at once

Drafting client proposals, transaction summaries, due diligence summaries, credit approval reports and other documents as part of the transaction approval process

Participation in on-site client due diligence visits, as necessary
